A qualified HR professional, Bethan is responsible for strategic and operational Human Resources for ASP ensuring the provision of a highly professional, proactive and dynamic HR service supporting the strategic business direction of ASP.

She leads a small team providing advice on TUPE transfers, acquisitions, change programmes, employee relations, organisation development,  performance management and employment law. In addition, Bethan is responsible for the strategic support of Occupational Health and Risk Services within ASP.

Bethan has worked in human resources for the NHS for seven years involving her in the implementation of Agenda for Change and gaining Improving Working Lives accreditation and the management of significant organisational change programmes and growth.

A Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), Bethan also holds a post-graduate certificate in management, an MA in strategic human resource management and an LLM in employment law and is currently studying for an MBA.
