Desktop Support - is delivered via a service desk that acts as the focal point for the logging of all requirements with remote and field support teams providing second-line support. The remote team resolves a high proportion of calls using specialist software that negates the need for a site visit. Where a site visit is required the same person in the field team deals with the problem from start to finish.
GP IT Support - the dedicated team of engineers and development consultants provides day-to-day desktop hardware and software support services to GP Practices, along with technical support and advice to develop services in line with national and local requirements.
