Innovative products

Innovation
We listen to our clients and develop solutions to meet their needs.

ERICA

When our clients wanted fast self-service support for managers involved in the recruitment of staff we developed ERICA - an online recruitment service - keeping managers in control and up-to-date with the process. Our clients were delighted that they could now eliminate the delays associated with postal applications.

LEAN

By taking advantage of LEAN methodology we have added value and improved the response times of the Occupational Health service we provide to clients.  Support is now available within a matter of days and the nurses now work in an almost paperless environment.

QUTE

Innovation is often enhanced by utilising private sector business skills. QUTE is a software product developed jointly by EMIS - the UK's leading supplier of GP practice-based software systems and ASP. It allows GPs and commissioners to view patients' hospital and GP records on the same screen. Today, ASP and EMIS continue working together commercially.

SAMS

ASP has also developed web based Safety Alert Management Software (SAMS) to enable clients to manage to their Safety Alert Broadcasts (SAB). Clients benefit from a distribution system which sends notices to wards and department leads and captures their responses

Managers' Toolkit

The Managers' Toolkit gives managers a monthly view of workforce information for their teams to inform management decisions and identify required actions.

It evolved from a Trust wanting a shared storage area for workforce information that managers could access. To enhance the Trust's requirements ASP delivered the toolkit, with full security, through an existing web-based system.
