This new online tool for policy authors allows them to issue a policy, new or updated, to key staff to ensure they are taking the appropriate action stated in the policy, including, remove previous editions, discuss in local team meetings, read & understood the policy etc. This is also a great assistance for audit.

An administrator logs onto the PolicyNotify and enters the required information onto the system and selects the key areas/teams/departments/service they wish to notify of the policy, including a weblink or attachment of the policy its self. An email gets issued to all recipients with a link onto the system, allowing them to select the appropriate action or state free text. The whole process is secure and reports can be easily created detailing who said what for each policy notification.

Staff are informed about the new policy and reminded that a critical aspect of management is to ensure that all your staff are aware, understand and follow relevant organisational policies. That they have been assessed as being responsible for ensuring this takes place within your area of management.
