Patient registration - we help and advise patients on how to find a GP convenient to where they live, and ensure their medical records are sent to the practice they register with. All records are registered and tracked via the national system, Exeter.

Contract services - the team ensures that clients’ Primary Care contractors are professionally registered and qualified to practice.

Financial services - the team pays Primary Care contractors after validating claims. It ensures audited procedures are followed, and provides a pension service to contractors in conjunction with the NHS Pensions Agency.

Screening services - we notify GP practices of women who are eligible for breast and cervical screening.

Support Services - this involves the delivery and collection of patient medical records, NHS stationery, needles and syringes, prescriptions and NHS booklets and leaflets.
